SLEEP ONE NIGHT FACING ANGEL FALLS
Spend a night in front of Angel Falls and witness one of the most breathtaking sunrises of your life. This is a unique opportunity to experience the jungle both day and night, resting in our rustic camp. A guided and immersive adventure, perfect for those who wish to admire Angel Falls with more time and tranquility.
We also offer the Angel Falls Full Day Tour for shorter trips.
We depart from Wakü Lodge, on our vehicles towards Ucaima Port, where the curiaras (indigenous motorized canoes) await us. We navigate along the Carrao River, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. We arrive at Mayupa, where we disembark for a short walk across the savanna, then re-board the curiaras on the other side of the savanna. From there, we head toward our campsite on Ratoncito Island, making a few rest stops along the way.
Upon arrival at our rustic camp facing the falls, we settle into what will be our home in the jungle for the night. We sleep in individual hammocks with blankets and mosquito nets.
From the camp, we begin a 1-hour steep hike to the famous El Mirador viewpoint, where you’ll enjoy a prime view of Angel Falls and its breathtaking drop. If weather conditions allow, we’ll walk a short distance to cool off in the natural pool at the base of the falls.
The next day, after a magical night in the heart of the jungle, we begin our return journey to Wakü Lodge, taking with us memories of a life-changing experience.
