PACKAGE TOURS
We take care of all the details for your trip to Canaima (including the flight tickets!). We pamper you from your landing. For 44 years, travelers from all over the world have trusted us to make the most of their experience in Canaima.
The basic package can be 5 days/4 nights or 4 days/3 nights and includes:
Airplane ticket
We take care of booking your air ticket, from Maiquetía (Conviasa), Maracaibo (Conviasa) and Puerto Ordaz (Transmandu).
Assistance at the airport and transfer to the Lodge
Always waiting for you at the airport. You will embark our jungle vehicles and then we’ll take you to Wakü Lodge. It is not necessary to wait for your luggage as our team is in charge of receiving it and taking it to the lodge where each guest can collect it at the time of check-in.
Welcome cocktail
Enjoy a delicious cocktail or a glass of sparkling wine while we show you around; you’ll get to know all the special spots so that you can enjoy Wakü at its fullest.
Accommodation at Wakü Lodge
We have air conditioning, hot water and top-quality bed linen. The quality of your rest is a priority for us. Each room has its porch, which incorporates a pair of comfortable chairs and a hammock to relax. The walls are hand painted by Venezuelan artists.
All your meals
From lunch on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure (depending on the time of your flights).In Wakü you eat delicious food. We always have several protein and side dish options to accommodate all tastes and diets.
Snacks the Wakü way
Every day at 5:00 pm we serve our guests a choice of carpaccio, spreads, nuts and even mini burgers. We also offer a selection of pastries that includes assorted cookies, and Venezuelan sweets. We accompany it with our beloved hot chocolate.
Drinks included
Freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, natural juice selection during meals and a display of coffee and tea; the rest of the drinks must be paid at check-out.
Stand up paddle, kayaks and bicycles
We want you to feel at home, feel free to use the paddle boards or kayaks in the Laguna, or go for a ride through the indigenous town on the Cannondale bicycles that we have for you, just let us know to send you a guide and have our team in the Laguna looking after you.
Falls of the Canaima Lagoon
You embark our curiaras (indigenous boats) on the shore of Wakü, where our expert captains will take you to meet the falls of the Canaima Lagoon. Ucaima, Wadaima, Las Golondrinas and Hacha, bathing in their dew and enjoying the rainbows that adorn them. You will disembark the curiara on Anatoly Island for an experience that you will not forget. After climbing some stone steps, you’ll arrive at the entrance of the Hacha waterfall to enter its cave, between the stone and the emblematic water curtain. Then you will continue on a trek through Anatoly Island, around 30 minutes until they reach the Salto El Sapo viewpoint, at the source of the waterfall and with a panoramic view of savannas, morichales and tepuys. Go down through the jungle to cross the cave of Salto el Sapo. Depending on the level of the river, you can also visit the Las Golondrinas waterfalls.
